Data Usage

Data Usage is where the purpose of the use of data is kept.

To access the data usage page, navigate to the left menu bar click “Central Services” then “Data Management” and then “Data Usage”.

Adding Data Usage

To add a data use, navigate to the top of the data usage page and click the “+” button.

To add a data use fill in the following fields:

  • Data Usage Name: Name of the data usage

  • Description: Description of how the data will be used

  • Is consent required: Toggle box to indicate whether consent is required

Editing & Viewing Data Usage

To edit/view data usage navigate to the data usage page and click on the chosen data usage.
